Please upload your artwork using the following formats:

Macintosh Users:

  • EPS format with all text converted to outlines.

PC Users:

  • we are compatible with Photoshop CS3-CS5, Illustrator CS3-CS5 and Corel Draw X3-X5
  • Any bitmap files (PSD/TIF) Template must be exempt from file
  • Coral Draw (CDR) Convert to curves
  • Illustrator (AI, EPS) fonts are converted to outlines, save to PDF with embedded fonts

File Size Requirements:

  • Less than 50 MB

Image Resolution (DPI):

  • Vector based files do not require specific resolution but require a specific size.
  • Raster based files should be saved at a minimum 150dpi, preferred 300dpi.
  • Files requiring enlargement should be doubled in resolution for every 100% increase in file size.
